If a slow, crashing or freezing computer is something you face fairly frequently, or if you have frequent problems with your computer rebooting itself, you most likely have a Windows registry issue. You may have even tried various virus or AdWare/spyware removal software to fix these issues, but to no avail. This is because these types of software do not clean or fix your Windows registry. Luckily there is an easy fix to your registry problems. Below are 3 easy steps to a clean windows registry.
1.Identify what problems you are having
First of all, you want to make sure you make a detailed list of what problems you are having. Does your computer reboot frequently (on its own)? Does it take 5 minutes to open a program? Do you have errors that pop-up out of nowhere stating that there is a .dll issue? Do you have trouble adding or removing programs?
You want to make sure your list is as detailed as possible so that you can identify to the best of your knowledge you are truly facing a registry issue. Only then are you on your way to a clean Windows registry.
2.Identify a software online that will give you a free scan of your registry
These are fairly common to find on the Internet and most, if not all, will scan your computer registry for free. They are simple to download and typically only take a few minutes. Always go with the more popular software, however, because these are most likely downloaded by numerous satisfied customers. Also do some research on Internet forums to find out if the software you like is recommended by other users.
3.Purchase the software and follow the prompts
Once you choose which software you are comfortable with, you simply need to download the full version of the software and repair your registry. Most registry cleaner software having very simple interfaces that guide you through the process.
By following these tips, you will have a clean Windows registry that will no longer give you the headaches of reboots, slow response times, and errors.
